 Many
of the finest examples of printmaking, which today are rare and expensive,
were first offerred to the public at low prices. Flights of Fantasy
Enterprises takes great care to affirm that your print will have value
today and into the future. These editions are limited in number and
the artist supervises the printing process to assure that each print is
of equal quality throughout. Each print is hand signed and
numbered by the artist personally. The technique used to indicate
the size of the edition and the number of any particular print is to hand
write the numbers on the lower left corner, while the artist's signature
is on the right. The inscription "35/1500" reveals that
there are only 1500 hundred prints issued, with the one at hand being assigned
number 35. This does not mean that this was the 35th print to come
off the press, or that it is better or inferior in quality to higher or
lower numbers in the edition. All poorly-printed copies are removed
and destroyed by the artist, assuring that all prints are of equal merit.
At the end of the press run, the artist destroys all printing plates and
negatives used in the series.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY: Both the print and Certificate
of Authenticity are serially numbered and signed by the artist. These
editions are registered at the Alachua County Courthouse, Gainesville
