I resplaced both downstream O2 sensors. Check engine light is not on. Car bogs down, doesn't seem to be shifting right. Took to transmission shop they said it was the intake manifold runner control. Have not been able to locate this part.
never herd of a runner control ask them to be more pacific and then return , I have repaired lots of cars at the Atlanta Plant and never herd of that .

What car do you have? A integra GSR has a variable runner I recommend a dealer to look at it . The dealer can find the problem.
