The car was sitting for over a year without really being moved. We replaced the intake manifold and spark plugs. Could it be the oxygen sensors? It seems to be getting fuel and the proper spark.
After installing the new intake manifold did you properly reconnect everything?
Since the car has been sitting for over a year you just might have bad gas. Your injectors may be gummed up, fuel filter could be clogged, or you have a bad fuel pump.
