I don't know how things are set up on the ATW, but on my AEB there are two small lines -- one goes from the back of the intake manifold to the fuel pressure regulator, and the other goes from the front of the intake manifold to the diverter valve. You probably have other lines on your newer engine, but the two I mentioned should still be there. Have you relocated your diverter valve to the base of your throttle body hose yet? That helps a bit, because it puts the diverter valve closer to the point where the air pressure that opens/closes it is coming from, so the boost pressure from your turbo won't force it open quite so much before the intake manifold gets fully-pressurized.
