My K&N air intake rocks!
This was too easy.I got a great price and the air intake kit works like a charm on my 06 Silverado.I have already hauled a bed and trailer full of almost 2 cord of wood 150 miles and still got 13 mpg. I definitely get 2-4 more mpg with the filter.No complaints, highly recommend this to anyone.

looking for performance parts for my silverado ,the ones that work best for my truck.
K&N has the best you can get from horsepower gains up to 20hp and better fuel mileage. They are expensive but they are sure to last a life time.
Im curious to know whats the best cold air intake to put one my 07 chevy silverado it has a 4.3, im thinking k&n .
I honestly don't think it will help at all. The trucks computer will auto adjust for any changes in the air temp or density. It's an emissions thing. The 4.3 is a work horse of an engine so performance or high speed just isn't there to begin with. I slapped in a K&N filter

07 Silverado Classic Left Speaker... Now she works... .Now she ...
It seems to only be a problem in the morning when it's cooler. I will post more on what I find when I get it fixed. Gonna get a new voltage meter since the one I have is unreliable and check the voltage at the speaker when it's occurring. This should tell me if it's the speaker or not at least. Then I will have to pin it down to the radio or wiring. Yeah I have factory. We bought the truck last fall and havn't really changed anything on it. From past experience I have never seen temperatures effect the function of a speaker, but I have seen it effect electronics. But it usually reacts just the opposite with electronics, works when cold and stops when warming up..... I get a meter today so I have it on hand. " ... Yes sorry I should of posted it. Replace the speaker... This is the first time I have ever seen a speaker react this way. I was able to monitor the signal feed to the speaker when it occurred and found that the signal had not...
