Quiet and powerful air purifier with no filters to replace
I have other ionic air cleaners, as well as one that requires a filter. This air purifier is quiet and due to its compact size, can be placed off the floor on a bookcase, dresser top or top shelf which makes it optimal for space-saving and placement. That's a good question! HEPA filters generally do not rely on external power to ionize the air, and should produce no measurable ozone.

I have a Honeywell F52E air filter. It keeps arcing, and it is mentioned in the before you call for service, to check the cells for broken ionizer wires or bent plates. repair if necessary.
You will see the wires, just make sure they are connected at each end.
If one end is loose or broken it will short out to ground and spark.
Same thing if hair or debris are in between the ionizer wires and the grounding plates.
