Seems to add about 1.2 MPG
I did the ECU reset on my 2011 G37 after installing the filters. So far I am seeing additional of 1.2 MPG with the K&N filters. The sound of the car is a little deeper as well.

The air filter wont make the car sound louder on the outside...but an after market muffler will and they are easy to fit...wont cost much, check out your local auto parts store...
