A very nice filter at a very nice price.
I was very pleased with this filter and would purchase anytime over the recommended Bryant and 3M filters. The quality is just as good (if not better) and the price was lower. -

R&D 100 Winner's Highly Anticipated Product Launch Helps to Make World Cleaner ...
/PRNewswire/ -- FibeRio Technology Corporation, winner of this year's prestigious R&D 100 Award, announced that industrial-scale equipment models will be launched at the Filtration 2011 trade show, which will finally enable the mass use of nanofibers in air and water filters. Previously, filters could only capture about 80% of dangerous particles that were .5 microns or smaller (100 times smaller than a hair). Nanofibers can be used to make filters that capture up to 99% of these particles making the air we breathe and the water we drink cleaner and safer. However, nanofibers have been so expensive to make that they are rarely used. FibeRio's equipment uses a new technology called Forcespinning™ to make massive amounts of nanofiber at one quarter of the cost of older technologies, which will enable filtration companies to use nanofibers in a broader range of air and water filtration products.
Previously, the only commercial method for making nanofibers required unacceptable amounts of environmentally harmful solvents, which negated the positive impact nanofibers could have on the environment through cleaner air and water. This other technique was very expensive, and production rates were very slow. Forcespinning™ reduces or eliminates the use of solvents and requires very little energy, making it the most Green process available for nanofiber production. Over the past year, FibeRio has received multiple awards for this advancement including a Silver Medal at the World's Best Technology Showcase, 2010 Innovation That Will Change the Way You Manufacture by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and most recently the R&D 100 by R&D Magazine. In November, the company will launch its first production level nanofiber system, the Cyclone Fiber Engine 1.1.
Air Air purifier Filters – Do You Need To Clean Or Change ...
Air air purifier filters could have an enormous impact at the collection of air purifier we choose to shop for, as many of us don’t wish to incur the time and price involved with regular alternative of those air cleansing filters. As the effectiveness of your air cleaner is dependent on retaining it well maintained and running easily, it is sensible to imagine whether you need to maintain air air purifier filters before you buy.
Probably the most efficient air cleaning applied sciences to be had as of late is that used in the HEPA air purification techniques, stated to take away 99.ninety seven% of particulates from the air. This sort of air purifier, alternatively, employs different air purifier filters, which should be modified on a regular basis as a way to deal with the device’s efficiency.
There are also air purifiers to be had which do not want air air purifier filters; electronic air purifiers don’t require air cleaning filters to work. The program works by collecting particles from the air on amassing plates within the cleanser, and at the same time as these do not require regular alternative, the filterless air air purifier still needs a few maintenance to remain at optimum potency – the amassing plates will have to be wiped clean regularly....

What is a Cabin Air Filter and why should I change it?
Most modern vehicles today have a Cabin Air Filter (some vehicles have more than one) installed in the Heating & Air Conditioning system. A cabin air filter works much like the air filter used with your furnace and/or air conditioning system in your home. It filters out harmful spores and pollen which can be up to six times more concentrated than outside. Cabin Air Filters can also clog up and reduce air flow inside the vehicle and, in some cases, cause fault codes in vehicles with automatic climate controls.
Silverdale Autoworks Premium Cabin Filters will help trap close to 100% of airborne contaminants before they enter the interior of your vehicle and keep passengers and downstream heating and air conditioning components protected. Most manufacturers recommend replacing your cabin filter regularly, every 15,000 miles, or sooner in dusty areas.
