Perfect Interchange for 2006 Honda Metropolitan Scooter
I found this item in a YouTube video about changing the air filter on a Honda Metropolitan scooter. The part number was referenced as an interchange fit and it's about 1/4 to 1/5 the cost of the Honda OEM part and a perfect fit.

I've changed the fuel filter, cleaned the air filter, and the spark plugs look good, I also sprayed starter fluid into the carb and on the spark plugs but still no luck, the engine turns but will not start.

Check for spark at spark-plugs by removing them and grounding them to the motor. Pull the rope and check for sparks. If no spark, check for rust on the armature and the gap between the armature and coil pickup.
