Don't Clean It For Speed.
Get A Performance One. It Mite Help Speed, But It Probably Wont. It Will Increase Power Though. And Remember More Power Doesn't Always = More Speed

First i noticed the throtle started being unresponsive and the bike would stop running when i would stop. I'm guessing the air filter might be clogged,but why is it leaking gas from the carburetor? PLEASE help,its my only way to get to work:)
simple fix the float is stuck open allowing fuel to keep pouring in the float bowl.. try this, lighty tap with a plastic handle on a tool at the bottom of the carb, float bowl area. tap untill the float unsticks might take a few times... or if you are mechanically inclined take
