Worth It!
I have to say that I really was skeptical about the mileage savings from this filter. However, I just purchased a Limited 2011 Hyundai Sonata and I am coming up on the 23k maintenance. Therefore, I was thinking I would at least get my money out of this product by not having to pay for filters... -

20k miles and need brakes? - Hyundai Forums : Hyundai Forum
Took my 2011 Hyundai Sonata GLS in for a oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic (not a dealer) mentioned that I needed to replace the engine air filter (understandable) and that my front brake pads were at 3/32. At 20k miles this seems kind of quick to need a brake job. I don't think I'm hard on my brakes - I do mostly highway driving. I wore out my first set of tires at 30K miles, and now have 33K. The front brakes still have about 3/32" life in them, I didn't check the rears. I have a history of wearing out brakes faster than most street drivers, so I'm thinking you just might go a lot further than you think before you actually "need" new brake pads. I'll also bet the guy trying to sell you the service puts food on his table doing maintenance before it's needed. I wore out my first set of tires at 30K miles, and now have 33K. The front brakes still have about 3/32" life in them, I didn't check the rears....
